Sick as a dog, so like a tired old dog, I’m off to get some rest and hopefully get some sleep as well. It has eluded me so far, but there is hope.

Update - Thanks for the well wishes folks, but I’m feeling better today. I gotta tell ya, I wasn’t expecting to feel better today, yesterday my throat felt like the bowie’s dragon’s teeth were taking it slow and nasty on it. But this morning it feels much, much better. And in the past when it’s that time of the year, I’m floored, the flu is like a good solid kick to the guts. The other folks at work who got it were dropping like flies this last week, ain’t seen em for days, so I was expecting the same. That didn’t happen this time

The secret, ginger tea folks, that’s right, a bit of fresh ginger and hot tea. T’was passed to me by those older and wiser. I’m usually skeptical of these remedies, but think about it, we’ve been around for a few thousand years, so we must have done something when there was no doctor up the road and no cough syrup at the local store. So I’m open to suggestions other than weird crap like fowls entrails and dancing naked around the camp fire. Still not firing on all 8 cylinders but 5 out of 8 ain’t bad I think.

WordPress seems buggered folks, they upgraded it earlier today and since then, it takes around 30 minutes just to open a page and another 30 to just post something. So posting will be light, sorry, but hopefully it won’t be for long.

Sorry folks, looks like commenting is way down in the toilet, I can’t seem to post to my own damn posts even. Have fired off questions to WordPress support, but that may have gone into the ether somewhere, hopefully not.
