B. Hussein on fathers
June 16, 2008 at 10:52 am | In Abortion, Democrats, Politics | 7 CommentsCBS News - Barack Obama celebrated Father’s Day by calling on black fathers, who he said are “missing from too many lives and too many homes,” to become active in raising their children. “They have abandoned their responsibilities, acting like boys instead of men. And the foundations of our families are weaker because of it,” the Democratic presidential candidate said Sunday at a largely black church in his hometown.
Hang on just a minute there B. Hussein, aren’t you in favor of abortion, even partial-birth abortion, why yes you are. So how about giving the fathers of unborn babies a say in whether to kill the unborn baby, hell no you say, women’s right you say! Alright then, why then does a man who fathered a baby, who has no rights whatsoever while the baby is in the mother’s womb, suddenly have responsibility for the baby that the mother, and only the mother, apparently has the right to choose to have. The sentiment is all well and good Obambi, but it doesn’t make sense, to me at least.
Abortion killed the mother as well
June 13, 2008 at 4:12 am | In Abortion, Babies | 2 CommentsDaily Mail - A ‘bubbly’ A-level student died when an abortion went tragically wrong. Manon Jones, 18, was given two powerful drugs to terminate the six-week pregnancy. After her condition deteriorated she went to hospital, but doctors were distracted by another emergencyand delayed giving her a life-saving blood transfusion for more than four hours. [snip] In Britain, around one-third of the 131,000 terminations carried out before ten weeks use medical rather than surgical methods, and the figure is rising. The inquest heard that Miss Jones was a Christian and a keen member of the local church youth club who sang with her family at their chapel in north Wales.
She met Naeem Muzaffar at City of Bristol College where she went to study for three A-levels, and became ‘besotted’ with him. Her mother said that her daughter opted for an abortion to avoid conflict with her Muslim boyfriend’s family. Mrs Jones told the hearing at Flax Bourton, near Bath: ‘Manon found it very hard to make a decision to terminate the pregnancy, she wanted to keep the child but there were difficult circumstances which she had to consider with her boyfriend’s family and their Muslim religion.’ The teenager took the first dose of medication to terminate the pregnancy on June 10, 2005, and the second two days later. News.com.au - Fresh from a giant-slaying win over rival Hillary Clinton in the Democratic White House nominating race, Senator Obama joked he could put his house up for rent, to make a financial killing if Chicago wins the 2016 Summer Games. “I have to let you know in 2016, I’ll be wrapping up my second term as president,” Senator Obama said in a surprise appearance at a rally celebrating Chicago’s selection as a finalist for the Summer Games.
B. Hussein is such an arrogant ass, I’m not sure which rules him the most, his strong sense of entitlement or his arrogance. I’m sure in private B. Hussein and his America-loathing wife think that this coming election is just unnecessary, because they are entitled to it. Besides, the press has already decided that America must elect B. Hussein as penance for America’s racism and to punish Bush for liberating Iraq and Afghanistan. That old fool McCain should be kicked to the side and B. Hussein should be carried into the White House to rule for ever and ever. If you must have the election, then have it, the American people are free to choose, to choose B. Hussein that is, not anyone else. The message to the American people is, you are lucky B. Hussein wants to be your president.
Coming back to the women’s rights, earlier in the week I heard that Hillary was meeting with B. Hussein, there was talk that she would join him and run for vice president. In all honesty, if I was her, I wouldn’t waste my time, I’d tell the left to get stuffed. Put Hillary and her screwing over to one side, look at abortion, something that’s very close to every lefties heart. Incidentally partial-birth abortion is supported by B. Hussein. Abortion is framed as a woman’s right and anything short of taxpayer funded abortion on demand is a sign of tyranny and Nazi-esque accusations aren’t far away for most lefties. The reality of abortion is that for people in places like India and China, a “woman’s right to choose” turns out to mean the right to choose not to have any women, Mark Steyn. He survived man and disease
June 5, 2008 at 12:27 pm | In Abortion, Babies, Good News | 4 CommentsDaily Mail - Finley Crampton really shouldn’t be here. Although his parents would have loved another child, they knew their baby could inherit a life-threatening kidney condition – and they couldn’t take the risk. After all, their first son had died of the condition and the second was born with serious kidney damage. So when Finley’s mother, Jodie Percival, became pregnant while on the Pill, she and her fiance Billy Crampton, 35, made the agonising decision to abort this child. [snip] However, Finley had other ideas. And some time after the operation, Miss Percival felt a fluttering in her stomach. [snip] The child had survived the abortion and thrived in the womb.
‘I couldn’t believe it,’ said Miss Percival. ‘This was the baby I thought I’d terminated. ‘At first I was angry that this was happening to us, that the procedure had failed. [snip] But a week later, another scan confirmed that this baby had kidney problems too, like the couple’s previous children. [snip] Her first baby, Thane, had lived for only 20 minutes after she was forced to deliver him prematurely. Her second son, Lewis, now 20 months, was born with a similar condition. He survives on one kidney. [snip] And in November, Finley was born three weeks premature, at 6lb 3oz. He had minor kidney damage but is expected to lead a normal life.
I cannot help but feel a little critical of this little boys parents. I can’t say I know what they went through, I haven’t been through the emotions that they went through. But I still feel that they let their boy down, a baby from the moment of conception needs its mother and both its parents to grow up. I don’t know if the doctors gave them bad advice, but I still feel they gave up and they were thinking more of themselves than their little baby. They lost their first child, but then their second child survived, so when they found out about Finley, why give up and throw in the towel.
Could they not help him to fight, you’d think the second child was proof that there is hope. Is it not better to fight and lose than never fight at all or in this case just be killed. Maybe I’m just talking out of my ass here, but the way I see it, suppose you fall pregnant and God appears to you and tells you that your child will die by the age of 2 and not much can prevent it. Would you abort your baby knowing it’s going to die or would you have the baby, pray and hope that your nightmare doesn’t come true and cherish every moment with your baby? I’d like to think that I would choose the path of hope.
When Demography meets Abortion
June 3, 2008 at 9:15 am | In Abortion, The Future | 2 CommentsMark Steyn [Killing Her Softly] - There’s a lot of that about. Sex-selective abortion is a fact of life in India, where the gender ratio has declined to 1,000 boys to 900 girls nationally, and as low as 1,000 boys to 300 girls in some Punjabi cities. In China, the state-enforced “one child” policy has brought about the most gender-distorted demographic cohort in global history, the so-called guang gun — “bare branches.” If you can only have one kid, parents choose to abort girls and wait for a boy, to the point where in the first generation to grow to adulthood under this policy there are 119 boys for every 100 girls. In practice, a “woman’s right to choose” turns out to mean the right to choose not to have any women.
And what of the Western world? Between 2000 and 2005, Indian women in England and Wales gave birth to 114 boys for every 100 girls. A similar pattern seems to be emerging among Chinese, Korean, and Indian communities in America. “The sex of a firstborn child in these families conformed to the natural pattern of 1.05 boys to every girl, a pattern that continued for other children when the firstborn was a boy,” wrote Colleen Carroll Campbell in the St Louis Post-Dispatch the other day. “But if the firstborn child was a girl, the likelihood of a boy coming next was considerably higher than normal at 1.17-to-1. After two girls, the probability of a boy’s birth rose to a decidedly unnatural 1.51-to-1.”
By midcentury, when today’s millions of surplus boys will be entering middle age, India and China are expected to account for a combined 50 percent of global GDP. On present trends, they will be the most male-heavy societies that have ever existed. As I wrote in my book America Alone, unless China’s planning on becoming the first gay superpower since Sparta, what’s going to happen to all those excess men? As a general rule, large numbers of excitable lads who can’t get any action are not a recipe for societal stability. Unless the Japanese have invented amazingly lifelike sex robots by then (think Austin Powers’s “fembots”), we’re likely to be in a planet-wide rape epidemic and a world of globalized industrial-scale sex slavery.

May 22, 2008 at 4:16 am | In Abortion, Britain, Guest Contributor, Homosexuals, Leftists, Lesbians, Moral Decay | 4 CommentsBy AR - With a moral compass unerringly stuck on “shit,” Britain’s House of Commons this week struck three blows for Leftist causes.
BRITAIN has forged landmark new rights for homosexual parents after the House of Commons unexpectedly threw out proposals that would have required fertility clinics to consider a child’s “need for a father” before providing treatment.
The father’s role will now be replaced by the “need for supportive parenting” and both partners recognised as parents on birth certificates when lesbian couples conceive with donated sperm, or gay men use surrogacy.
Oh yeah, that pesky “need for a father” clause had to go. It trampled all over other peoples “need for a lifestyle”. Continue reading Leftists 3, Children 0…
Abortion - Time to choose, down the slope or back up
May 19, 2008 at 6:47 am | In Abortion | 3 Comments
Daily Mail - Thousands of women have had at least four abortions, and scores of teenagers have notched up their third, official figures show. Nearly 4,000 women have had four or more terminations - and dozens have had eight or more. [snip] Campaign leader Nadine Dorries, a Tory MP and former nurse, has tabled an amendment to the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Bill. Attacking the high number of repeat abortions, she said: ‘Abortion has moved from a resource that women turn to in an emergency and a point of crisis to becoming a form of contraception.
[snip] The Department of Health figures show that in 2006, 947 women had their fifth abortion, 192 were on their sixth, 110 had their seventh abortion, while 54 had their eight, ninth or tenth abortion. In total, more than 3,800 women had at least their fourth termination. There were also 82 teenagers who had their third abortion. Overall, the number of women having repeat abortions has reached record levels. In 2006, 59,687 abortions were carried out in England on women who had already had one in the past. [snip]
The way I see it if you want to make a personal judgment on the number of abortions, whether you accept that a fetus is a clump of cells or, like I believe, an unborn baby, you’re stuffed either way. If you think that it’s just cells or whatever, then you can’t say that 1 through 4 is alright, but 5 to 10 is a big no-no. What makes the fifth and seventh clump of cells more equal than the first? If you want to say it’s a matter of promiscuity, then you’re making a judgment on how many casual-sex relationships a person should have. Who are you to decide that a woman who sleeps with 10 different men is just “popular” and one who had 11 is a slut.
If you believe that abortion is killing an unborn baby, then the first cannot be alright but the fifth not. If you think the first was justified in some way, and you start frowning upon the third and fourth, what will you do if the fifth is for the same justifiable reason as the first. Then comes the matter of policing and enforcing all this, if a woman has had 4 abortions are we going to put her on some special list or something, send the cops around to make sure she keeps her legs closed or the guy uses a condom? And if she keeps doing it, then refuse an abortion, make her have the baby she doesn’t want, fines, jail time?
Forced sterilization, good heavens, what if she changes her life around, will she get to appeal this, isn’t this the state meddling in her personal affairs [excuse the pun], what about her freedom to fornicate freely, privacy, sexism, liberty and all that. I probably don’t know the right words for it, but which ever way you look at it, it’s a legal & moral quagmire, a right mess we’ve gotten ourselves into.
From the state’s perspective, you either allow it to carry on and end up with women having their eighth, twelfth abortion and so on and just suck it up OR you roll it back bit by bit until you don’t allow abortion at all or only for reasons that are unacceptable for the abortion crowd. I don’t believe that holding the current position is possible for much longer. As an analogy, the current position is basically this strong gate that keeps the enemy out of the fort but the walls connecting it have eroded away, so it’s basically useless. Not only Tibetans who suffer
April 14, 2008 at 10:07 am | In Abortion, China, Christianity, Persecution, Torture | 1 CommentFaith News Network - Political figures like Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi have echoed media coverage featuring the Tibetan cause, but there has been a de-emphasis or failure to cover Chinese oppression against Christians and the forced abortion and sterilization of thousands of women in eastern China. According to the testimonies recorded by the Chinese human rights activist Chen Guangcheng, forced abortion takes place up until the eighth month of pregnancy and frequently includes killing babies who are born during the process. Chen was arrested for exposing the forced abortions and sterilizations and has been serving a four year, three month sentence. IRD Director of Religious Liberty Programs Faith J.H. McDonnell commented,
“Chinese activists and dissidents realize that we must confront China’s Communist government on behalf of all who are being repressed and persecuted, even when Western protestors only see China’s injustice towards a few choice groups. The forced abortion and sterilization of Chinese women, many who are arrested and brutalized by China’s family planning bureau, is not a popular topic for liberal human rights activists. Perhaps it hits too close to home. “Chinese dissidents and activists like Hu Jia don’t pick their human rights issues like items from a salad bar - they fight for the freedom of all. It does not do justice to the cause of freedom when Americans and other Westerners vocally and vigorously speak out only about China’s human rights violations in Tibet, but not the persecution of Christians.”
Hillary Clinton - Left, B. Hussein Obama - Far Left
April 14, 2008 at 6:39 am | In Abortion, Democrats, Politics | 4 CommentsCBS News - “I believe the potential for life begins at conception,” Clinton said. The New York senator added that abortion should remain legal, safe and rare.
Asked whether life begins at conception, Obama said he didn’t know the answer. “This is something that I have not, I think, come to a firm resolution on. I think it’s very hard to know what that means, when life begins. Is it when a cell separates? Is it when the soul stirs?
Since Obama is still pontificating whether life begins at conception or not and he’s a leftist, I think it’s safe to assume he’s all for abortion-on-demand.
Give life a chance!

Thanks to Daily Mail - Hundreds of children are surviving after being born within the legal abortion time limit, official figures reveal. The current time limit of 24 weeks was decided by Parliament in 1990 and the upcoming Human and Fertilisation and Embryology Bill will be the first time MPs will have been given a vote on the issue since then. Prime Minister Gordon Brown has already signalled he will vote to keep the 24 week limit but opposition leader David Cameron has said he will vote for a 20 week limit. The data, for births in England and Wales, showed that eight out of the 152 children born at 22 weeks’ gestation lived for a year or more. At 23 weeks, 44 of 283 children survived while at 24 weeks, almost half - 198 of 474 - of babies survived.
So this epic battle will be to decide whether to drop the limit to 20 weeks from 24 weeks, given that around 1200 are aborted at 22 weeks and evidence shows that some can live after being born at that time, you’d think that folks wouldn’t have an issue with giving these thousand or so a chance at life. But no, this is the new-age, sophisticated world now, go figure. Continue reading Give life a chance!…

Evidence of drug-taking was found and teenagers attempted to break into an ambulance. Now Queen Elizabeth School in Kirkby Lonsdale has written to all parents of its 630 pupils stating that a large number of 14-year-old girls had drunken under-age sex at the party. Daily Mail - As campaigners claimed that termination had become just another form of contraception, figures showed that about 1,300 women had at least their fifth last year. Almost 950 of those having a termination had already had four. Almost 200 had already had five, 110 had had six before - and 54 seven or more. At the same time, 61,904 women in England and Wales were having their second abortion last year - up from 58,740 in 2004. The statistics were disclosed by Dawn Primarolo, the Public Health Minister, last night. It is thought that they could influence the first major Parliamentary vote on abortion since 1990, which is expected within weeks. Continue reading Abortion for ’social reasons’?…

Abortion - Some females rights less equal
March 4, 2008 at 3:42 pm | In Abortion, Discrimination | 5 Comments
News.com.au - THE Indian Government will give cash incentives to the families of baby girls to limit the number of abortions of females because of a preference for sons. Staggered payments would be made to families to “encourage them for better upbringing of girl child and to educate her”, Women and Child Development Minister Renuka Chowdhury said. India has only 927 females for every 1000 males - far lower than the worldwide average of 1050 females. UNICEF says India continues to lose almost 7000 girls every day through abortions, while the British medical journal The Lancet has put the loss of females at 10 million over the past two decades.
We say that women have a right to do what they want with their bodies, including ending the life of their unborn babies. That means the right-to-life of their unborn females are less equal. Further, with the Indian government bribing people too keep their girl babies that makes boy babies less valuable. So now we have a situation where a woman has the over-riding right to end the life of her unborn baby whenever she pleases. Below that, if possible save it if it’s a female, because they are a little more important. However if it’s a male baby, no worries, get the blade, he is male, so less equal, freedom, women’s rights and all that.
I wonder if the feminists demanding the right to abort their unborn whenever they please would be happy if the situation were reversed and financial incentives were offered for saving male babies. After all, according to UNICEF the world average is 1050 females to 1000 males, so there is a case for governments around the world to offer incentives to save more male babies and perhaps abort more female babies, for you know, balance, equality and all that. I’m thinking they might have a wee problem with that. Image thanks to Genethique.
Abortion - Three Lives lost
February 25, 2008 at 9:10 am | In Abortion, Babies, Evil | 3 CommentsFOXNews - A British artist, expressing remorse and regret, hanged herself after aborting her twins when she was eight weeks pregnant, London’s Sunday Telegraph reported. “I should never have had an abortion,” Emma Beck wrote in a note she left. “I see now I would have been a good mum.” The note continued: “I told everyone I didn’t want to do it, even at the hospital. I was frightened, now it is to late. I died when my babies died. I want to be with my babies: they need me, no one else does.”
Perhaps she was ignorant of how the unborn are actually killed, I think it’s overwhelming when the horror of it actually dawns upon people. We should remember that after an abortion, even if the woman is emotionally and physically unscathed or remains indifferent to the whole thing, the unborn never have that luxury, they always pay the ultimate price.

News.com.au - A RIGHT to Life protest in Brisbane almost turned nasty today when a group of pro-choice demonstrators ambushed the event and stole the limelight. Police were called to diffuse the tense stand-off after about 50 pro-choice campaigners stormed the stage as the church-backed Respect for Women rally was about to begin in Queen’s Park at 2pm (AEST) today. The rally was organised to protest against a private members bill proposed, but not yet lodged, by Labor MP Bonny Barry calling for abortion to be decriminalised in the state. Retreating from the 300 strong crowd, pro-choice spokeswoman Lauren Mellor said they had decided to ambush the event to put voice to the majority of Australians who supported abortion rights.
I saw the video on the news, the vermin forced their way onto the stage and screamed their message, those who organized the protest weren’t allowed to speak. That’s how lefties operate folks, anyone who holds a differing view to theirs is not allowed to speak in public. They carp on about free speech and freedom, but in reality the lying sacks of filth couldn’t give a continental. Majority of Australians my ass, no you bitter, angry thing, if that were the case then let the small minority whine for a while. The majority, that you claim exists, won’t pay them any heed will they, unless off course you’re a liar and your cold wretched heart is only warmed by murdering the most vulnerable. I tend to keep my postings clean so I’ll stop at saying, this lot of pro-abortionists [baby killers] disgust me!! Image thanks to Genethique.
Muzzling even those who try to speak for those who cannot
January 29, 2008 at 1:16 am | In Abortion, Free Speech, Government Meddling | 3 CommentsReuters - An Arizona agency wrongly denied an anti-abortion group permission to print their message “Choose Life” on license plates, a federal appeals court ruled on Monday. The Arizona License Plate Commission allows nonprofit groups to highlight their cause on license plates, but the commission in 2002 and 2003 denied the Arizona Life Coalition permission for a specialty plate with the “Choose Life” slogan. The Arizona Life Coalition alleged that the denial violated their First Amendment rights to free speech and a three-judge panel of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals agreed.
It is certainly a bad sign for mankind when those, who want to protect the unborn and allow them a chance at life, have to fight and go to court to be allowed to spread their message. It’s like protecting the unborn is now a bad thing. I wonder if this agency would deny some criminal-coddling group the right to print a message against the death penalty, I’m thinking NO, since those are the evil and murderous whose lives are being ended. Yeah I know, up is down now.

But he’ll never know for sure. His fiancee’s sister told him about the abortion after it was over. Baier remembers that he cried. The next weeks and months go black. He knows he drank far too much. He and his fiancee fought until they broke up. “I hated the world,” he said. Baier, 36, still longs for the child who might have been, with an intensity that bewilders him: “How can I miss something I never even held?”

Society’s blase attitude to drinking while pregnant in the face of the incurable nature of fetal alcohol spectrum disorder and its capacity to leave children with permanent learning and behavioural problems is what worries organisations such as the Australian Drug Foundation, the Salvation Army and the National Indigenous Drug and Alcohol Committee. The most recent research, conducted late last year, revealed that 34 per cent of pregnant women consumed alcohol during their most recent pregnancy. And research earlier this year revealed that up to two million Australians were drinking at levels that risked brain damage.

November 2, 2007 at 10:25 am | In Abortion, Myth Busting, Your Health | 5 CommentsSince abortion became legal in 1973, there was a 370% increase in the reports of child abuse and neglect, 785,100 cases in 1980. This increased to 2.02 million in 1987.
The Latin word “fetus” means “little child” or “young one”.
From the moment of conception a fetus contains all the genetic information that the baby will have for the rest of its life. It is totally unique from any other living organism, including its own mother.
With abortion, women may have the right to choose, but unborn babies don’t have the same right.
Many women experience post-traumatic stress disorder following an abortion.
Women who have abortions can have complications such as injuries to the Uterus & Cervix; urinary tract infections (pelvic inflammatory disease); miscarriages, heart failure etc.
Women who have abortions are almost 4 times as likely to die as women who give birth.
Less that 1% of all abortions are due to rape or incest and in these cases the baby is being punished for the sins of the father.
