An example of the peaceful and tolerant left

I generally try to steer clear of hateful leftists, but as usual, that’s not enough for these hateful creatures, they must let you know what they think of you. What a charming fellow this clubwah is eh. I believe all this started because I banned his hateful self from AWH, so he slithered over here, now you know why I banned him. Folks, I have lost count of the number of angry leftists who insist that my blog and blogs I write on and are useless and are read by no one, yet they just can’t stay away and still they yearn to have their say on these blogs that no one apparently reads. On the plus side, unlike the others who tend to drone on a bit, this one was just straight to the point, there wasn’t any dancing around, just 100% hate and anger.

If only you saw what his mates had to say, real peaceful and tolerant if you ask me. They don’t like it when they get a bit of their own medicine thrown back at them. Clicking around one day, I tripped in to one of the “founding bloggers” sites who had written a lengthy post about how it has changed in the last several months and, as you say, they’re not invisible. So, I take it these no-home-training, nothing-to-contribute, troublemakers have not always been a pain?
Late one night, before changing to moderation, I logged in to find a vicious, gonna-kill-you-all comment left on a post I’d written about the politician who was suing God (wonder what came of that nonsense?). I was pretty clear about how disgraceful it is to throw God’s name around and apparently this guy has issues with something I said (imagine that!;). To make the point, it was strange when comments one of our infamous mass shooters left was released from a church site in which the “voice” was exactly parallel to the comment I deleted that night. Something about annihilating all Christians so our children will grow up in a better world and the war in Iraq/Islam.
I hope those who leave their hate, along with IP addresses, realize we didn’t fall off turnip trucks! Oops, no offense to the turnip truck babies. . .

Wah posted a perfectly reasonable question at A Western Heart yesterday in response to your piece entitled “Multiculturalism is back”. The question was: “When have Muslims in Australia started rioting and burning for attention?”
Not only did you ignore the question, but you also immediately banned him. He saw this behaviour, justifiably, as an act of cowardice. While I don’t condone the language he used here in expressing his frustration at your behaviour, I am disappointed that you have neglected to tell the full story in this post about what led to Wah’s insulting comment. Publishing that comment out of context is unethical in the extreme, as is publishing his personal details — the latter, I have to say, is beneath contempt.
What have you to say for yourself in this matter?

MK – To answer your first point, you-yes, everyone-no. Second point, i don’t go to other people’s blogs, make a pest of myself, make snide remarks, infer that people are pedophiles, make stupid comments and abuse them. If I ever go to a blog and am told to go away, I do just that. As i always say, if you don’t like it then just go away and don’t come back. And in case you didn’t get the message, please go away, i’m not interested in talking to you.

He’s been here before Ant. Doesn’t seem to get the message. He was banned before at AWH, but i had lifted the ban thinking he was gone, but he returned so i just gave him the flick not wanting to rehash the same tired old crap, over and over. But that obviously didn’t work. If people want to hurl abuse me then they should be more careful. Just because they don’t mind hurling and receiving abuse doesn’t mean others are the same. It’s kinda clear, i think “…will result in something you may not expect.” Keep pushing people then don’t expect them to just take it.
I’m surprised an email is causing this much consternation, i wouldn’t count that ‘Personal Details’ Ant. None the less, would you like me to take the email out of the screengrab? I can do that, just never ever want to hear from this fellow again, can that be arranged?

I still fail to see how you construed the question he left at AWH as abusive (leaving aside his past conduct). But yes, taking the email address out of the screen grab would be a welcome show of good faith.

But thanks for fixing those. If people choose to blog anonymously (like you and I both do), then that should be respected, regardless of how much you might dislike them or what they say.

You can’t ban people in wordpress, but there are other ways to stop them.
‘anonymously’ is fine but it doesn’t mean they can say or do whatever they please on someone else’s blog.

To answer this load of tosh, you don’t comment at any blogs where you’re not surrounded by your “mates”! We know you read them. You DO make stupid comments. You DO abuse people. You DO make snide remarks. You may not do it at our blogs, but so what? I give you the respect you deserve.

Sweet! I added you to mine as well… I actually created/named a political blog awhile ago but never did anything with it because I knew that I would get obsessed to easily… perhaps it is better to stay a casual commentator and closet survivalist! LOL
